OUR WORKFORCE
OUR EDUCATORS AND ADMINISTRATORS
Our childcare team is made up of highly qualified, passionate professionals who are committed to nurturing each child’s growth and development. From certified Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) to Early Childhood Educator Assistants (ECEA), our staff are trained in child development, safety, and inclusive practices. Beyond their credentials, all our staff members bring warmth, patience, and a deep sense of care to every interaction, creating a supportive and engaging environment where all children feel seen, heard, and valued.
We celebrate the contribution of all staff, including our non-educator members, who work together to ensure the centre's needs are met, provide nutrition and keep our environment clean and healthy.
