Cedar Oak Children’s Foundation was established by a group of individuals united by a shared vision: to create an organization dedicated to supporting the well-being and development of children. Today, we are a growing organization providing quality child care services and essential support to children in need.

Our team comprises qualified and dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. From caregivers to outreach workers, we collaborate wholeheartedly to provide well-rounded, compassionate and inclusive support to every child we serve.

We look forward to partnering with a wide range of local organizations to provide the best possible support for the children we serve. Whether you are a farmer, a retailer, or a business committed to making a positive impact, there is a place for you in our community efforts.

Our Childcare Centres provide high-quality Early Childhood Education for children aged six months to five years, in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to play, learn, and grow at their own pace. We support the holistic development of each child, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically, while recognizing and celebrating their unique strengths, identities, and needs.
We offer a blend of French and Indigenous programs. Our centres welcome children of all abilities, ensuring accessibility and meaningful participation for every child.

Reading Kids is a community program that provides free chapter books to elementary-aged children who may have limited access to high-quality reading materials. Our mission is to nurture a love of reading and help children build strong literacy foundations by making engaging, age-appropriate books accessible to all, regardless of their background. Studies consistently show that children who read regularly not only improve their reading and writing skills but also develop stronger vocabularies, enhanced comprehension, and greater confidence in self-expression.

Warm in My Tummy is a school-based lunch program dedicated to ensuring that children have access to warm, nutritious meals during the school day. Recognizing the vital link between nutrition and learning, the program provides healthy lunches to children from under-resourced families, helping them stay focused, energized, and ready to learn. Meals will be delivered directly to schools in close partnership with parents, educators, and volunteers. The program will be offered at no cost to families. A key element of Warm in My Tummy is the emphasis on dignity and privacy.
